This 12mm vacuum cap is mainly used when a Bug, Super Beetle, or Ghia has an Auto Stick or semi-automatic transmission to a 4-speed manual transmission. In doing so, the Intake manifold will have an open 12mm port that will need to be capped off
Note: If you chose to purchase intake manifold #211129701K you might need this vacuum cap.
