I’m planning on purchasing a w120 and lifters and will be installing it in a 82×94 engine. Are all engle cams pre-clearanced for stroker cranks?

Hi Daniel,

Thank you for your interest in our Engle line of products.

The simple answer is that normally all the Engle “W” and “FK” series cams are ground on cam blanks that are NOT clearance for stroker crankshafts.

We offer a secondary machine step for clearing the cam for a stroker crankshaft. We use part number “CAMCLEARANCE.” This labor operation costs an additional $30.00.

As of this writing, I have found that this part number is not on our website. I will give all the necessary data to our webmaster to have this part number added and to show it on each page that it applies to with a link to make it convenient for the customer. This will most likely take about a week to finish due to the number of cams and cam kits that will be affected.
