I purchased the disc brake setup for 1970 Bus and have installed it. Great product by the way. I have since been thinking about drop spindles to even the stance. Do you carry the 2″ drop spindles? If not do you know if the the ones they sell for the disc brakes will work?

Hi Douglas,

Here at So Cal Imports we have a 1968 Bay Window double door slider panel van for the shop. We have installed our AC Industries wide 5 disc kit on it and used a set of the Old Speed’s 2″ lowered drum spindles. I was able to do a small modification on the spindles to fit the Disc brake caliper to them. This modification was a small 3/4″ x 3/4″ pie shaped wedge cut out of one of the plates used to modify the spindle. I cannot see any structural strength lost in the modification.
