this was for a 1970 vw beetle irs drum brakes like to know if this is enter changeable with a 1973 beetle I try end putting it on and rotor will not go on with caliper bracket in way am I doing something wrong or is this set up not for this year no instructions provided

Hi Robert,

The kit for a rear disc brake kit for a 1970 with an emergence brake would be kit #113698601E.  The kit for a 1973 is #133698601E.  These kits use the same rotors, brackets, and calipers.  The main difference between the two kits is the emergency brake cables.
