30 PICT 1 Carburetor, Round Bowl, Manual Choke, Fits 1956-1970 Bug, Bus and Ghia. Sold each.
New replacement carburetor originally used on the 40 hp 1200cc motor. This carburetor uses a manual cable pull style choke and will interchange with the 28 PICT-1.
One of the biggest problems we see on new carburetor installations is fuel contamination. It is highly recommended to replace your fuel hose #203551 and fuel filter #131261275A at the same time when replacing the carburetor.
Note:
- This carburetor is equipped with a 12-volt electronic idle cut-off jet. If your car has a 6-volt electrical system, you will need to change this to a mechanical idle jet (not included)
