When building a high-performance drive train, it is a must to get the power to the ground. One of the weak links in a VW transmission is the differential. The stock diff has 2 spider gears, whereas this super diff has 4 spider gears! The extra strength comes by dividing the power between 4 spider gears, not just 2. This new differential case is stronger than the stock. It comes with precision ground pins.
Note: Spider gears do not come with this diff.
Fitment Note: This diff will only work in a full synchro-style transmission from 1961 and newer.
