So. Cal. Imports now offers various rotors that have been drilled and slotted and have black electrostatic coatings.
We start with our own tooling, which is exclusively made for AC Industries. Our rotors are not the standard 4 lug rotors with thin spots between the webbing like our competitors use, These rotors have a uniform thick face with a built in radius for extra strength. Cast from SAE, G3000 iron (30,000 tensile strength), the AC Industries rotors are simply the best rotor on the market today in the VW Industry!
So Cal Imports also offers this style rotor in popular lug patterns. All these rotors come with lug holes threaded for 14mm x 1.5 studs. Studs sold separately:
- #113407075G – 4 x 130mm, Stock VW lug pattern.
- #113407075CFG – 5 x 4.5” Ford and 5 x 4.75” Chevy.
- #113407075BG – Blank rotors for custom drilled patterns. We can custom-drill these rotors in-house to your special needs. Please get in touch with us for more information.. We are limited to the pattern size; no pattern is larger than 5 x 140mm or 5 x 5”.
Fitment Notes:
- Bugs and Ghia Notes: This product will only work on the 1965 and old cars when spindles are installed that have the ball joint spindle point OR adapter bearings are used in the installation
- Type 3 Notes: This product will only fit 1966 to early 1971. On the 1962-1965 and late 1971-1973, you must install the 1966-1971 spindles.
